Refund policy

We offer a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your bag to request a return, no questions asked.

The bag must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@padelogic.com. Returns will need to be sent to a location we'll provide after contact. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions once your return is accepted. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping is covered by Padelogic for defective or damaged items. For all other returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the bag is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@padelogic.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the bag you have and place a new order for the one you want.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@padelogic.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The bag must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
